We celebrated with Lisamarie and Gennady at Embassy Suites Mandalay Bay Beach & Resort in Oxnard, CA for their wedding reception. Y-it Entertainment provided Mobile DJ and MC Services, Uplighting, Pin Spots, Intelligent/Moving head lighting, texture lights on the dance floor, and Video Display. We also used Tacboard where guests could text their images they shot throughout the day using their mobile device and we were able to display them instantly on our displays. With using  Tacboard we received more photos than we ever have using a hashtag alone.

A few things that really made us excited about working with Lisamarie and Gennady was Gennady’s story on how he proposed. Although we are not in the video making business we had to get his story on video and since we were doing that why not get a few more details about the both of them so we can show during the reception. So we showed three videos: The Proposal, Love Story, and a video montage of pictures.

Another stand out favorite was Lisamarie and Gennady’s Donut wall which was simply amazing. We just added the uplights and a few pin spots to make it pop! Guests were talking about it all night long.
