El Paseo Santa Barbara Wedding with Araceli & Jake
El Paseo Santa Barbara Wedding with Araceli & Jake. The couple’s day kicked off at the Alice Keck Park Memorial Arbor in Santa Barbara for the ceremony then guests made there way over to El Paseo for cocktail hour. Typically right after introductions we would go into the first dance, but Araceli and Jacob wanted to do parent dance first then there parents hand them off to have there first dance together.
Araceli and Jacob also had a second dance to kick open the dance floor and about a minute in I invited everyone to join them. Now Araceli is from Spain and Jacob is Jewish and so of course we had the Hora shortly after opening up the dance floor. Since many of the guests were not familiar with the Hora I MCed some basic things to get them kick started with the dance and of course we had to get our couple in some chairs and get them in the air.
