Christina & Jeff’s Wedding Reception at The Torpedo Factory in Alexandria, VA
We celebrated with Jeff and Christina at the Torpedo Factory for their Ceremony and Wedding Reception. Jeff and Christina were a lot of Fun to work with. We were able to catch Jeff’s first look of Christina at Murphy’s Irish pub. How much do Christina and Jeff love this place? Well, enough to name their dog after the place and of course now where they first saw each other all dressed up to say I do.
During our planning meeting I suggested to Christina and Jeff that instead of the usually just tap tables to go up to the buffet why not have some fun by asking the guests a few questions to see who gets to get up first to eat. Now I have suggested this in the past to couples but, I never get the questions back so I never have had the opportunity to actually do this. I have heard about it being done, but I was doing it for the first time! What can I say. It was awesome. Guests were engaged and learned a little more about Christina and Jeff than they did before and so did I.
I loved how they incorporated a lot about who they are from the first look, to the table decor, to the personalized GeorgeTown cupcakes, and of course their personalized beers into their wedding to name a few.
