Spanish Hill’s is one of our favorite places to work. We offer a number of packages to meet just about any budget. If we need to custom build a package we can do that as well. Planning Account

Planning is a critical part of having a successful wedding or event. All our packages budget or signature packages include it because it’s that important. We have a online planning portal that’s best used on a desktop. If you prefer mobile planning we have a solution for that as well. Here are a few highlights:

  • You can plug in all your music and designate for must play, play if possible, or do not play. 
  • Yes, you will use this to plug in times and write any special notes during different parts of the event.
  • There is a planning form with questions to help us prepare for your wedding or event.
  • Everything about your wedding or event is in this account from balance due to who is assigned to your wedding or event.
  • This should be filled out prior to our planning call as best you can. With our signature packages we program extra time to help you coup with ideas and give suggestions that help support your vision for your wedding or event. 

Difference Between Basic and Signature plus other Services. 

Our Signature packages are what we are known for. Not up until recently did we start offering budget packages or know as our basic packages. Just as you can imagine basic is basic. Things are kept simple to keep the cost down. Same great equipment and people just at a basic level. Our signature packages have a number of upgrades such as:

  • Two people instead of one which allows us to be more of a MC instead of being stuck behind the table. This helps us navigate multiple setups and of course increased service levels.
  • Our ceremony package also includes three microphones. 2 lavilers and one hand held mic on a stand for any readers or singers. We really want your photos to have no microphone stands in the photos. Let’s face it… they are note cute!
  • DJ Facade to go around Main setup and speaker stand covers.
  • Sub woofer depending on location or event size. 
  • Increased prep time to work on your wedding or event.

Bottomline we give you all the things you should have to have a successful wedding and we try not to nickel and dime you to death.

Day of Coordination

4 Week Package / 1 in person meeting + Rehearsal + Day of: $1850

Pre Wedding:

  • Four weeks prior to wedding date, start coordination
  • Upon commencement unlimited calling, text and email correspondence
  • Upon commencement become a point person for your venue and all vendors
  • Unlimited vendor referrals
  • Review all vendor contracts to confirm everything is accounted for
  • One in-person meeting at venue to review event details, up to 3 hours
  • Event site plan / design layout
  • Create and develop wedding day timeline with all vendors
  • Assist with ceremony processional order and layout
  • Assist with developing a personal décor checklist for items brought to the venue
  • Confirm all vendors before the event
  • In-person review of personal décor checklist items on the day of rehearsal, up to 1 hour
  • Complete ceremony rehearsal to ensure that everyone involved understands their roles, up to 1 hour

Day of Wedding:

  • Complete coordination of wedding day events for up to 10 hours, with one lead planner and assistant. 
  • Check in all vendors upon arrival
  • Full execution of personal décor setup and strike
  • Distribute final payment and gratuity
  • Close-out facility

  • Travel in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties included (Can travel outside for additional charges)
