Up to 25 hours of planning and production time. Believe it or not working on your wedding starts well before the performance time. All professionals from actors, athletes, and more plan, practice, and prep to help insure success. Why would your once in a life event be any different?
Two person team at your wedding to ensure everything is handled properly. 1 Master of Ceremonies/DJ and DJ assistant. I don’t recommend just hiring a DJ as most DJs brides have seen tell us they just show up, play music, eat, drink, and go home. A Master of Ceremonies will be that go-to person at your wedding to ensure thing are moving along smoothly with the timeline we build in advance.
In person meeting or phone meeting (prefer In person) at your option where I work with you on planning and developing your customized timeline. We discuss ideas on how to make your event classic and elegant or “Rockstar Status”.
Customized program via online planning tools for those who like to plan late into the night although I’m always here to help guide you or answer questions.
Small Basic party prop assortment. Light up foam sticks and neon necklaces. May seem cheesy at first, but put a drink in your hand with you among your friends and family and you won’t think so. Everything is designed to do something or get a reaction. Trust me we got this!
Ceremony to Reception…
1 hour on site ceremony includes the 30 min prelude as guest arrive. On site Ceremony Area Setup with 3 mics.
1 hour cocktail. Speaker in seperate area with music.
Online music planning for those who like to pick songs late into the night.
Up to 4 hours of planning, production, and setup and take down time.
