Up to 15 hours of planning and production time. Believe it or not working on your wedding starts well before the performance time. All professionals from actors, athletes, and more plan, practice, and prep to help insure success. Why would your once in a life event be any different?
Two person team at your wedding to ensure everything is handled properly. 1 Master of Ceremonies/DJ and DJ assistant. I don’t recommend just hiring a DJ as most DJs brides have seen tell us they just show up, play music, eat, drink, and go home. A Master of Ceremonies will be that go-to person at your wedding to ensure thing are moving along smoothly with the timeline we build in advance.
Signature DJ setup with two speakers and Sub Woofer at DJ option. Includes scrim covers for speaker stands and DJ facade to hide the DJ table.
In person meeting or phone meeting (prefer In person) at your option where I work with you on planning and developing your customized timeline. We discuss ideas on how to make your event classic and elegant or “Rockstar Status”.
Customized program via online planning tools for those who like to plan late into the night although I’m always here to help guide you or answer questions.
Small Basic party prop assortment. Light up foam sticks and neon necklaces. May seem cheesy at first, but put a drink in your hand with you among your friends and family and you won’t think so. Everything is designed to do something or get a reaction. Trust me we got this!
Ceremony to Reception…
1 hour ceremony includes the 30 min prelude as guest arrive. Ceremony Setup.
We include a backdrop for your open configuration booth.
Free email of photo’s from the booth pending 4 g connection.
Strip design. Check out our strip designs on our webpage. We always try to match the theme of the event. (Up to three proofs)
Link to images after event for downloading and using as you wish with no additional fees.
A full 6ft table of props and not the cheap cardboard kind. Props are important.
1 Attendant as if we would leave you to fend for yourself. Attendant is there to make sure things go smoothly and to help with making those pictures look awesome.
Unlimited prints and sessions so no need to count.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing may not be available on all dates. Pricing may change on booking availability such as dates, equipment, and specific entertainers. In some cases we may have additional promotions not listed.
Day of Coordination
4 Week Package / 1 in person meeting + Rehearsal + Day of: $1850
Four weeks prior to wedding date, start coordination
Upon commencement unlimited calling, text and email correspondence
Upon commencement become a point person for your venue and all vendors
Unlimited vendor referrals
Review all vendor contracts to confirm everything is accounted for
One in-person meeting at venue to review event details, up to 3 hours
Event site plan / design layout
Create and develop wedding day timeline with all vendors
Assist with ceremony processional order and layout
Assist with developing a personal décor checklist for items brought to the venue
Confirm all vendors before the event
In-person review of personal décor checklist items on the day of rehearsal, up to 1 hour
Complete ceremony rehearsal to ensure that everyone involved understands their roles, up to 1 hour
Day of Wedding:
Complete coordination of wedding day events for up to 10 hours, with one lead planner and assistant.
Check in all vendors upon arrival
Full execution of personal décor setup and strike
Distribute final payment and gratuity
Travel in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties included (Can travel outside for additional charges)
Package includes up to 150 people. (Over 150 require additional assistant)
Ceremony and Reception at same venue (Can do multiple locations with additional charges)
